Mahdi holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Department of Management Science and Technology with a focus on energy and sustainability at Tohoku University in Japan. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Birzeit University in Palestine. 

Mahdi has experience conducting research in the field where engineering and sustainability converge, with a particular focus on energy analysis and optimization methods. He has also worked in academia as a teaching assistant and lecturer.

Outside of work, Mahdi enjoys playing chess, reading about history, and spending time in nature. Now based in Norway, he appreciates the calm environment and looks forward to discovering its beauty through sightseeing and hiking.
