Carbon Limits supported the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) in a global assessment of carbon crediting programs and greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting methodologies for livestock manure and enteric methane mitigation projects. The work included a comparative analysis of voluntary and compliance market protocols, with a particular focus on additionality, baseline setting, quantification methodologies, leakage, verification requirements, and overall environmental integrity.
