Carbon Limits was assigned to perform an initial evaluation of the climate benefits of biogas produced at a planned biogas facility in Norway.

Services provided include:

• climate impact assessment of the value chain of LBG to be produced at the planned facility using an Excel-based emission assessment tool “Bransjenorm for biogass”;
• analysis of the LBG distribution chain, providing three different scenarios for the transport of LBG from the facility to the client’s bunker site. 
• comparison of the climate impact of biogas from the region with biogas supplied by other planned and already existing biogas facilities in Norway.
