Lila Joly holds a Master's degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec with a specialization in Energy Networks. Before joining Carbon Limits, Lila gained three years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector through her apprenticeship at NaTran, a French gas transmission system operator. There, she built a strong understanding of energy system modeling, infrastructure sizing and optimization, and the adaptation of energy networks to evolving demand, climate conditions, and renewable gases.

In her spare time, you can find Lila looking for the best restaurants in town and recreating her favorite dishes at home. Having grown up on Reunion Island, she also has a love for natural landscapes and is now on a mission to discover Norway’s best viewpoints.
