Review process developed by Carbon Markets and Innovation Practice create carbon assets under the Paris Agreement cooperative mechanisms, including terminology, milestones, and best practices. Recommend a final cycle by which World Bank can carry out asset development that would be consistent with emerging guidance from the negotiations.
