Project description

The goal of this project is to create a customized and comprehensive capacity building plan (CBP) for Article 6, based on an analysis of the capacity in relation to institutional, regulatory, and infrastructure needs for engaging in Article 6. The Plan also addresses linkages with other carbon pricing instruments, such as a domestic crediting framework and emissions trading system. The developed CBP includes scope of work for a two-year integrated technical assistance program, including staff training, analytical support from consultants, and registry development.
