Project description

The work involves assessing and strengthening the engagement of the Nordic private sector in implementing Article 6 of the Paris Agreement by mapping and interviewing key stakeholders and companies across the Nordic countries, identifying barriers and enablers for participation in international carbon market mechanisms, and delivering a comprehensive report and knowledge product that summarize findings, raise awareness, and provide recommendations to support greater private sector involvement in high-integrity carbon markets, all in close collaboration with NEFCO and the Nordic Initiative for Cooperative Approaches (NICA)
