Project description

This project assists the Government of Ethiopia in establishing the necessary policy, institutional, and technical frameworks to participate in international carbon markets under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. It involves analyzing existing policies to identify gaps, developing a comprehensive roadmap for Article 6 implementation, building stakeholder capacity, organizing consultations and workshops to refine the approach, and delivering key outputs such as a gap analysis report, an implementation roadmap, and a summary slide deck for policymakers.
