Carbon Limits was tasked to support a company-wide upgrade of methane quantification and reporting by assessing the current methane emissions dataset against OGMP 2.0 Level 2 expectations. This in turn produces an auditable, traceable methane inventory for 2025 that can be reported in OGMP format and used to prioritize mitigation. 

The work combines a rigorous diagnostic of the existing baseline and data management practices with the development of standardized calculation methods, templates, and documentation aligned with OGMP technical guidance, enabling consistent facility-level reporting and establishing a foundation for progressing toward higher OGMP levels over time.
