Dynamic Adjustment Factor (DAF) Methodology Tool review

Project description

Technical review of the proposed Gold Standard tool for dynamic downward adjustment of baseline emissions, in line with Article 6 requirements for “below business-as-usual” baselines. The review focused on the robustness of the quantification logic, completeness and reliability of monitoring parameters, clarity of first-year application requirements, and methodological consistency with the A6.4 Baseline Setting Standard. Detailed written feedback was provided to strengthen transparency, alignment with PACM paragraph 64, and practical applicability for methodology proponents.
