Carbon Limits facilitates Climate Fresk workshops, combining climate science awareness with collaborative discussions on mitigation and adaptation actions. Thus far, the workshops have been delivered to more than 50 employees representing multiple business units and functions in various companies.

The methodology helps participants understand climate drivers, impacts, organizational emissions, and climate-related risks while identifying practical actions at both individual and company levels. The workshops increased employee engagement, strengthened alignment around climate objectives, and generated ideas to support implementation of the company’s climate strategy.
