Project description

The aim of the project is to provide technical assistance to Armenia as part of the NDC Partnership’s Climate Action Enhancement Package. This will include the delivery of capacity-building support on the development, selection, prioritization, implementation and tracking of projects and activities that will contribute to the implementation of NDCs in Armenia. The main activities include:

• Formulation of selection and screening criteria for inclusion of mitigation projects in NDC
• Capacity building on the management of projects included in the NDC portfolio, and long-term mentoring programme
• Establishment of arrangements and systems to manage and track alignment and progress of NDC mitigation projects
