Project description

The assignment involved supporting a multinational company in developing a robust GHG emissions inventory. The project included mapping regulatory and voluntary reporting requirements and developing a tailored GHG inventory tool. The approach emphasized alignment with best practices (GRI, UNGC, EU Taxonomy, CDP, ISO) and regulatory compliance. The project was structured in phases, with clear deliverables and included capacity building and close collaboration with the company's legal and sustainability teams.
