Carbon Limits prepared a emission reduction quantification methodology and Mitigation Activity Design Document (MADD) for the National Clean Energy Program (NCEP). This included a crediting baseline and monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) plan, with a focus on solar PV electricity. The team also developed a business model for the role of carbon revenue in financing the NCEP. The team engaged with national steering committee and technical committee in Ghana, as well as the client, to agree on terms for the ITMO transactions for the pilot crediting program.
