Project description

This project is a research and development consultancy agreement between Carbon Limits AS and the Customer, focused on assessing the marginal cost for Sri Lanka to achieve its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) emission reduction commitments under the Paris Agreement. The study emphasizes opportunities for demand-side management (DSM) and energy efficiency (EE) in the power sector, aiming to develop a methodological approach and research plan for estimating the cost of meeting Sri Lanka’s NDC goals.
