For the World Bank and together with Ricardo Energy and Environment, Carbon Limits performs a technical analysis of emerging international market-based instruments & opportunities for Colombia’s Participation. This involves the following tasks for Carbon Limits:

• Analysis of Article 6 mechanisms and their interaction with Colombian market-based instruments

• Analysis of transition from CDM to SDM within Colombia

• Development of a consolidated strategy and roadmap for implementing market-based economic instruments
