Carbon Limits is leading an analysis of Argentina’s sectoral GHG emissions, capacity and institutional frameworks to develop a $3 million grant request to the PMR. The scope of the proposal covers developing a roadmap for renewable energy certificates, energy efficiency certificates, transport policy instruments, and a variety of market readiness activities.
